Q: How do I place an order?

A: Ordering is easy! Simply select your desired product(s), quantity, size, and shipping method, then click the “Buy Now” button. If purchasing multiple items, add them to your cart by clicking the Cart icon at the top right of your screen, then proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase.

A: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and major credit/debit cards due to their high level of security. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one quickly and link it to your card for secure payments.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on any tracking website to check real-time updates on your shipment.
If you don’t receive a tracking number or see any updates after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide so that everyone can enjoy shopping with us.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 7 to 12 business days, with an additional 1-3 days for processing. Shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Q: I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Where’s the rest of my order?
A: Our products ship from different warehouses in the USA and other countries. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. Don’t worry—your remaining items are on their way!

Q: I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: First, check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll confirm your order details.

Q: I made a mistake with my shipping address or size. Can I change it?
A: If you need to make changes, please email us immediately. We will do our best to update your order, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

Q: I haven't received my tracking number. When will I get it?
A: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received it, check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering (before shipping), you will receive a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please provide a photo within 30 days, and we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
